• The Reference Guides are printed at the time of the order. It may take 1 to 3 weeks to print the guides (depending how busy the printer shop is). All orders are pre-paid. No refund or cancellation after the order has been sent to the printer shop. The Wellness Trading Post reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Shipping & Handling fees (if guides are to be mailed):
  • Shipping & handling is generally paid after guides are printed, and before they are mailed.
  • Guides are mailed via CanadaPost (unless otherwise requested). There is $5.00 charges for handling packaging & shipping of orders when mailed via CanadaPost; and $15.00 if an alternative carrier is requested. An estimate of the shipping cost may be provided when ordering (if requested), but the actual shipping cost is obtained from the post-office once the manuals are printed and packaged.
