Holistic Health Consultation — what it consist of?
- A holistic evaluation/assessment of the patient’s current state of health and well-being that normally includes:
- Mindful exploration of the patient’s emotional and spiritual well-being.
- History of the patient’s current state of health and well-being (e.g., medical, social, nutritional & lifestyle history, childhood and family health history, etc.).
- If applicable, non-invasive external physical examination (e.g., blood pressure, lungs or heart auscultations, muscular-skeletal strength and range of motions testing, etc).
- Recommendations and treatment may include:
- Mindful and visualization treatments to promote emotional and spiritual healing and inner harmony — a journey of self discovery, and empowering self with the use of the mind to nurture health, well-being, and wholeness from within.
- Customized nutritional & lifestyle adjustments.
- The use of natural products (if/as needed):
- Customized herbal formulas prepared in our holistic clinic (e.g., teas, liquid extracts, creams, salves, massage oils, etc).
- Customized Bach Flower essences formulas prepared in our holistic clinic.
- Quality 3rd party products — vitamins, minerals, homeopathic remedies, etc.
- Detoxification and cleansing programs (if/as needed).
- Energy work (e.g., Reiki, Touch for Health, Healing Touch, reflexology, and others)
- Empowering the individual with the use of their own mind to nurture health, well-being, and harmony from within.
- Adjunct therapies recommendations.
Where — consultations are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and may be performed at:
- Surrey – at our Holistic Clinic — 15564 89 Ave.
- Coquitlam — at the Oasis Wellness Center – 1111 Austin Ave.
- Home Consultations — at the convenience of the patient’s home (additional travel fees on home visits apply — refer to Consultation fees below).
- Online and/or phone Consultations — done via telephone, and/or Skype, and/or email. The patient is responsible for any distance phone charges (if any), and shipping charges of remedies (if any). All online/phone consultations are pre-paid.
Duration of a Consultations
- The duration of a session depends on the particular needs of the individual at the time of the visit, and the type of therapies/treatments used in the session. In general:
- First two visits duration: 2 to 3 hours, and normally done 1-2 weeks apart.
- Follow-up visits duration: 1 to 2.5 hours (according to the needs of the individual, and the type of therapies/treatments used in the session). Visits are scheduled according to the patients needs.
Clinic Hours (by appointment only):
- Monday — 1:00 to 5:30 pm (evening appointment start at 5:30pm)
- Tuesday to Thursday — 10:30 am to 5:30 pm (evening appointment start at 5:30pm)
- Friday — 10:30 am to 1:00 pm (no evening appointments)
- Saturday & Sunday — close.
Consultations Fees:
- Each consultation is $140
- $30.00 discount on consultations performed at our Holistic Clinic in Surrey.
- Home visits travel fees (in addition to the consultation fee): $2.00 per Km travel from our clinic in Surrey.
- Gold Health Package: $500 (see payment options below)
- Five consultations ($100.00 per visit — total discount of $40 per visit).
- The 5 consultation are done within 12 months.
- Consultation are performed at our Holistic Clinic in Surrey.
- Receive a complementary 30ml Bach Flower Essence formula.
- 10% discount on remedies used as part of the treatment.
- Silver Health Package: $575 (see payment options below)
- Five consultations ($115.00 per visit — saving of $25 per visit).
- The 5 consultation are done within 12 months.
- Consultations are done:
- at the Oasis Wellness Center in Coquitlam;
- or online/phone consultations (e.g., telephone, Skype, email);
- or Home Consultations (with 20% discount on the home visits travel fees).
- Receive a complementary 30ml Bach Flower Essence formula (if remedy needs to be mailed, the clinic covers up to $10 of the postage charges).
- 10% discount on remedies used as part of the treatment.
- Payment options on the Gold or Silver Health Package:
- Full payment before/by the first visit.
- In installments (package must be paid in full within 6 months):
- 1st Installment: $250 pay before/by the 1st consultation.
- 2nd Installment: $100 pay before/by the 2nd consultation (visit is done 1-2 weeks after the initial consultation)
- 3rd Installment: $150 pay before/by the 3rd consultation, or within 60 days of 2nd visit (whichever comes first).
- 4th Installment:
- Gold package = $0
- Silver package = $75 pay before/by the 4rth consultation or before six month of the initial consultation (whichever comes first).
- Notice on all health-package:
- Health-package consultations may not be shared or transferred to another person unless it has been pre-approved by our office at the time of the purchased.
- After 12 month, any unused consultation may only be used if pre-approved by our office.
- Health-packages that are not paid in full within 6 months of the initial consultation are canceled with no refund.
- There is not refund on health-packages older than six months.
- Partial Refund on health-packages cancelled within 6 months of the initial purchase:
- Upon cancellation, the price of each consultations revert to the full cost of a health consultation as noted above; and if applicable, any traveling fees and remedies cost also revert back to the full cost.
- The partial refund = payment(s) received on the health-package minus the full-price of each used consultations – $25.00 cancellation processing fees (and if applicable, minus any discount on traveling fees and remedies given as part of the health-package).
